Brigitte Schlupp-Wick
Brigitte was born 1955 in Freudenstadt, is the mother of five children, also a professional care worker. Joint founder of two Rudolf Steiner Schools, her social commitments included young law offenders and selfhelp groups. As local townswoman of Mutlangen in the eightys she supported visiting demonstraters in many ways. Today she works in Pressehütte as peaceworker.


Wolfgang was born 1957 in Mannheim,is the father of two daughters socialworker and mediator in the Youth Welfare Office Stuttgart. In the Pressehütte were he has been since 1983 he is also editor of the magazine Frei-Raum for a nuclear-free world and the peacefull use of power in space. Today he is chairman of the Peaceworkshop Mutlangen, also one of the advisors on the board of the Global Network Against Weapons and Nuclear Power in Space, speaker of the campaign „our nuclear free future”. As project corodinator he organizes youth action journeys to the UNO disarmament conferences together with the Mayors for Peace.

Brigitte and Wolfgang have been married since the 9.9.2009

How it all began:
Wolfgang traveled in 2007 with members of the Peace Workshop Mutlangen to Vienna where they met Al Asghar Soltanieh, the Iranian delegate of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) for talks. As they were saying their good byes he gave them a video of interesting places for tourists. This was the inpulse that Iran should be the destination for the Sabbat journey.
